Play and games have always been an instrumental role in self-development, creativity and problem solving. Integrating more play in our lives affects how we process and experience critical information, and improves our overall mood and stress levels.
At The Pleia Lab we use creative exploration and learning as our mission is to invoke more ease and joy in our lives. And through games and play, we believe you are allowing for a deep connection to self.
