Summer Series

This Summer Meditation Series invites participants into a guided journey through DEEP IMAGINATION PRACTICE(d.i.p) — a contemplative meditation training rooted in imagination, visualization and breath.
Designed for all levels, the series unfolds across three parts, each offering participants have an opportunity to deepen their relationship to meditation as both a personal and relational practice. 
Through guided activation, reflective protocols, and note taking, participants will be introduced to a method that encourage inner listening, expanded perception, and imaginative connection.
Each 90-minute session combines teachings and energetic activation, equipping you with grounding techniques to support your practice.
