The research I’ve been collecting, remembering and practicing begins with the migration of my grandparents (maternal and paternal) from the “land of many waters”; the Amerindian meaning for Guyana, to the land called, “the dish with one spoon”, Tkoronto, Canada.

Guyana is the meeting point of the Caribbean, South America, and the Atlantic. This geographical triangulation is where the name Geon comes from. Geonomy is the study of the earth currents that form the continents. This is why I decided to call the Institute of Conjure, Geon Nativa.

My research intersects multiple groups of knowledge, from food, philosophy, theatre and mathematics, across galaxies and time-space.

Geon Nativa: Institute of Conjure is an education and research institute, here to activate and empower the future generations, with the use of ancient-futurity pedagogy of cookery, conjure and alchemy.

I am a student of prophetic channeling and I am a student of Thoth’s. I am an energetic weaver, a griot, and a Keeper of Ancient knowledge.

Below, I have a comprehensive outline of how the research has grown and continues to develop new pathways of exploration. At the core of this research, you will find that practice and play is how we evolve, not only as an individual but as a collective.
